I’ve just returned from one glorious week in Bali sans kids. I love the Island of the Gods - chaotic streets, wafting incense, cocktails by the pool. It wasn’t all tropical relaxation though...I visited the studio, shopped for new-season fabrics and designed a few collections that will launch over the next few months including a few gorgeous lifestyle products. I’ll also be launching a boys range - rompers, overalls, super-soft essential tees and bloomers in shades of navy, coral and blue.
So much to look forward to!
If you’re heading to Bali anytime soon, I highly recommend visiting the following boutiques, cafes and spas - they promise a fabulous holiday experience.
Kevala Ceramics - Jalan Dewi Sita - Ubud - @kevalaceramics
Local Balinese artisans come together to create beautiful, minimalist ceramics that are often used by the gorgeous cafes in and around Ubud. My favourite pieces are the ceramic prayer boxes.
Alchemy - Jalan Penestenan Kelod, 75 - @alchemybali
Healthy, hippy, holistic food that will tempt your tastebuds and make your skin glow.
Bali Botanica - Jalan Raya Sanggigan
One of the best day spas set high in the hills of Ubud. You absolutely must get the Ayurvedic massage, clay facial and coffee body scrub!
Bungalow Living - Jalan Pantai Berawa - @bungalowlivingcafe
A heavenly homewares store that doubles as a cafe, this little gem is well worth the visit (bring an extra suitcase for your purchases)
Crate Cafe - Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong - @cratecafe
All the cool kids are hanging out here which means three things: good coffee, great food and awesome people watching
Bodyworks - Jalan Kayu Jati - @bodyworksbali
A blissful oasis in a Moroccan-inspired building, this is just the place to relax and unwind in luxurious style. My pick is the 'hair cream bath' finished with a blow dry. Best done late in the afternoon before heading out to dinner.
Lulu Yasmine - Jalan Laksmana - @luluyasmine for gorgeous dresses
