At Fabrik we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get the right size or your purchase doesn't look as gorgeous as you thought it would.
To make it easy we will provide you with a refund or store credit if your order is full priced and returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
From time to time our terms may need refreshing, we have the right to change these without notice, so please always read carefully before making a purchase.
To lodge a return, use our RETURN portal.
All sale items are final. If you purchased something in our sale section, during a flash sale or using a promotion code, we will no longer offer store credits. We will however still accept sale items for exchange, but only for the same style and only if the desired size is in stock. There are strictly no refunds on sale items.
Any other discount or promotional codes are not able to be used in sale periods.
We do offer free exchanges, this can also be done via our online portal. If the size/colour is not available we will offer a store credit or refund as per our normal terms.

If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised (refunds processed through PayPal, AfterPay and Klarna can take a further few days to completely transfer).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised (refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or if you selected store credit, we will send this to you via email. Please note: we cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers.
