Terms, Conditions & Returns


At Fabrik we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get the right size or your purchase doesn’t look as gorgeous as you thought it would. To make it easy we will provide you with a refund or store credit if your order is full priced and returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. 

 If you miss this time frame we will happily provide you with a store credit if you return your order within 30 days.

Purchasing sale items

If you purchased something in our sale section, during a flash sale or using a promotion code, this can be returned for store credit only within 14 days.

There are strictly no refunds on sale items.

Any other discount or promotional codes are not able to be used in sale periods.


We do offer exchanges so please email with your request. If the size/colour is not available we will offer a store credit or refund as per our normal terms.

Your garment/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:
- Returned within the time frame
- Returned in new, unused condition with all tags still attached.

Faulty returns:
If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact  immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.

How long will my refund/store credit take?
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised. 

(Refunds processed through PayPal and AfterPay can take a further few days to completely transfer).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or if you selected store credit, we will send this to you via email. 

Please note: we cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers.
