Refund Policy:
At Studio Sol Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of the original purchase date on full-priced items. Please review the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
  • To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be presented.
Refund, Exchange, or Credit Options:
  • Refunds: You have the option to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Exchange: If the size/colour is not available we will offer a store credit or refund as per our normal terms.
  • Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website, this is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Process:
  1. Kindly lodge a request via our return portal here within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at hello@stuiosolstore.com or by phone at 0451 624 264, if you have an questions regarding this.
  2. Our customer service team will send an email if your request meets the eligibility criteria.
  3. Package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and tags, and ship it back to us at your expense.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with your chosen option of refund, exchange, or credit within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions:
  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • We will however still accept sale items for exchange, but only for the same style and only if the desired size is in stock. 
Additional Notes:
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Discount or promotional codes are not able to be used in sale periods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • We cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers.
  • This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
